(Retinols, Antioxidants, Growth Factors, and Sunscreen)

Retinols help improve skin tone and texture. They encourage collagen production, smooth out fine lines and wrinkles, and help with breakouts and pigmentation. A retinol should be applied at night. The use of a growth factor at this time is great too. (Read below for more info.)
Antioxidants neutralize free radicals, which are caused by pollution, UV exposure, and other aspects of living in the 21st century. Free radicals destroy collagen and elastin, making skin crinkled and thin. An antioxidant is as important as brushing your teeth in keeping your skin healthy. They also boost the protection of your sunscreen.
Growth Factors stimulate collagen production, enhancing skin tone and texture. A growth factor and a retinoid at night work together to encourage wonderful results!
Sun protection can be achieved by blocking or absorbing UV rays emitted by the sun. Sunscreens are made up of chemical UV absorbers (i.e. oxybensone, avobenzone, etc.) Physical blocks include zinc oxide and titanium dioxide as well as UV clothing. Shielding the skin from UV rays prevents fine lines, wrinkles, spider veins, and brown spots.
