Dermatology Affiliates’ Q-switched Nd Yag laser is effective for black tattoos and available at our Buckhead office. It’s a non-surgical, non-invasive procedure in which the laser breaks up the tattoo pigments for the body’s immune system to carry away. Multi-colored tattoos are better treated with lasers we don’t have. We can refer you to the appropriate people if needed refer you to.
