Patient Promise
Dermatology Affiliates works with our patients to provide the best medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology services in Atlanta.
In order for us to do that, we partner with you, and your insurance company.
As part of this partnership, we promise to be courteous, knowledgeable and to recommend other providers for issues outside of our core services.
We ask that you be courteous to our staff, provide all necessary paperwork to our office promptly, and understand that providing medical services is a people business and unpredictable.
Help us be efficient by telling the nurse exactly what skin issues you want to discuss with your doctor prior to seeing the doctor. As a service to you, we will file your medical visit charges with your insurance company and do our best to collect from them. We expect you to pay promptly when all insurance collections are settled.
